We will hold our first Annual General Meeting on the evening of Thursday 10th January, at 7pm, in Ponte Vecchio. This is a members-only meeting. A provisional agenda is below, but please get in touch if you would like to add any items for discussion. We would love to see some new faces on the committee, so if you think this sounds like something you would be interested in, definitely come along on the night and take part.

– Introduce present committee.
– Any apologies.
– Chair and Secretary report on last 17 months in general.
– Report on any special projects (membership/ scanning/ oral history).
– Report of Treasurer on accounts.
– Preview of next 12 months from Chair and Secretary.
– Feedback from members on general activity/ suggestions for next 24 months.
– Election of committee for next 24 months.
– Read the constitution and suggest any changes or additions.
